学生投诉

公鸭状态社区 & Technical College recognizes that in order to efficiently and effectively carry out its mission, its students must feel confident that any valid complaint a student may make concerning the College will be promptly addressed by the appropriate authorities. Therefore, the following procedures for resolving such complaints has been adopted by Drake State.

抱怨

Any student enrolled at 公鸭状态社区 & Technical College who wishes to make a complaint about an academic matter shall report that matter in writing to the Dean of Instruction. Other types of complaints shall be reported to the Dean of 学生服务. If the complaint involves a specific occurrence, the complaint shall be made within ten (10) working days of the occurrence. If, after discussion between the student and the respective College official, it is determined that the complaint can be resolved immediately, the College official will take action to resolve the complaint and will submit a report within ten working days of the filing of the complaint to the President and other appropriate college officials, detailing both the complaint and its resolution.

如果投诉人未能在下午4:30收到分辨率的计划后的15个日历日提交上诉通知书,以进一步上诉的权利丧失。

调查程序

委屈官员,亲自或的其他人总统可能指定的协助下,应当对申诉的事实调查,并应研究适用的雕像,法规或政策,如果有的话。从被投诉人员调查事实认定,应当以书面报告中说明。该报告将提交给申诉人,并遭投诉被做了党,“答辩“,并应进行听证记录的一部分,如果听证会被投诉人要求的。
